So, you've found the perfect home that meets all your criteria, from a great location to just the right square footage. As your trusted agent, I will guide you through the logistical — and emotional — challenges of the purchase process, to ensure you are in a solid position before you sign on the dotted line.

Tellie’s First Time Homebuyer Pathway to Homeownership

  • Home Buyer Evaluation ( This is a 15-45 Minute phone call about the Home Buying process, answer any questions, speak about first time home buyer qualifications, lender recommendations, and next steps.)

  • Get Lender Approval (If not approved already ) - Getting approved with a lender to be qualified to put in an offer on a home, and determine loan programs available to you.

  • Home Desires and Homebuyer Overview - 15 - 60 min Meeting on identifying your perfect home and expectations.

  • House Shopping - Getting out and viewing homes.

  • Under Contract - The Seller has accepted you offer on the home you loved.

  • Home Inspection

  • Appraisal - The banks sends a 3rd party out to verify the home is worth the loan amount.

  • Final Walk Through

  • House Closing Day
